Physician Assistant for Outpatient Primary Care Alpharetta & Johns Creek, GA

A thriving multi-provider primary care group in the Alpharetta and Johns Creek area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team and manage their own patient panel. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, motivated provider who is ready to step into a busy practice and quickly build strong patient relationships.

  Average 16-20 patients/day; once at full speed, start with 8-10

  General exams, sick visits, chronic care follow-ups, occasional telemedicine visits during peak seasons

  Assigned supervising physician plus full team support

    Standard Monday-Friday schedule

  Light rotation, every 10 weeks, after-hours and weekends
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  12 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine preferred

  Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  
  



• 
  Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  Base salary plus productivity bonus potential; transition to 25% of net collections after 1-2 years
