Job Duties

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment when trained
• Support carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades as needed
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and maintaining safe work areas
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
• Perform additional labor duties to help keep projects on schedule

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Ability to work safely in construction and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous general labor or construction experience preferred but not required Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Construction Helper. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
