Visa sponsorship not available for this role BioTalent is partnering with a venture capital-backed medical device startup to find a Senior R&D Engineer to join their growing team at an exciting stage of development. This is a hands-on product development role owning design from concept through commercialization on a minimally invasive surgical device platform. What you'll do: Design and develop new products from concept to market release Implement new methodologies, materials, and processes supporting product development and manufacturing transfer Build test and assembly fixtures for product development and manufacturing Manage design control requirements and product development timelines Perform verification and validation testing Conduct feasibility studies including animal and cadaver studies Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and sales teams Contribute to IP development and invention disclosures What you bring: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of medical device R&D experience Proficiency in SolidWorks Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with aggressive timelines Strong documentation and communication skills Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base | Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr BioTalent
