Security Program ManagerThe Security Program Manager role is within the Rolls-Royce Corporate & Defense Security team. This role is a program manager with a strong focus on Security. Establish and track program meetings, deliverable timelines, and the life cycle of customer contracts. Also, interface with internal and external customers to track accountable tasks, all while assisting our IT and Physical Security team in support of classified information and government-contracted work.What you will be doing:Create and maintain a detailed contracts spreadsheet or databaseDevelop, implement and revise security plans, based on customer meetingsAssist with tasking management of new or closing classified programsInterface directly with commercial and/or government customers on security related decisionsCoordinate and interface with the Corporate and Defense Security team to ensure that their customer objectives are being tracked and completed on timeBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManage communications with vendors and assist with tasks in CoupaBasic Requirements:Associates degree and 4+ years of Project/Program management experience, OR;Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Project/Program management experience, OR;Master's degree, OR;PhD, OR;In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience.To be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. CitizenshipPreferred Requirements:Experience in DoW environmentsMust be highly organized, proactive and with strong initiativeCreative mindset, capable of identifying effective solutions and optimal approaches to diverse situationsExperience with Coupa is a plusOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
