Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hourShift:

6am-2pm or 7am-3pm

What’s a typical day as Production Technician? You’ll be:

• Providing administrative and operational support to Production and Engineering departments to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and workflow continuity
• Conducting periodic walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Completing paperwork checks to ensure adherence to company and departmental policies
• Assisting in executing daily production work orders by safely operating mixing equipment, accurately weighing ingredients, and preparing raw materials
• Conducting weekly inventory walkthroughs and identifying shortages that may impact production schedules
• Utilizing Fishbowl Inventory system to commit and complete work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts and system verification
• Scanning paperwork using Adobe Acrobat and assisting with data collection, reporting, and analysis

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Show strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Can prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Are able to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Have a basic understanding of inventory control and production processes (preferred)
• Have experience with Fishbowl Inventory software or similar ERP/inventory systems (preferred)
• Are able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and handling materials throughout the shift
• Are comfortable working in an environment with noise, mechanical hazards, and occasional fumes
