Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote IVCi's products, services, and brand. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, this role assists in developing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, maintaining digital content, supporting events, and tracking campaign performance. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and contributing to lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Essential Responsibilities Marketing Campaign & Content Coordination Develop a working knowledge of IVCi's products, services, and target markets. Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and digital channels. Create and edit marketing content including emails, blogs, social media posts, flyers, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and communications. Update and maintain website content using the company CMS. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting. Assist with creating customer presentations, case studies, data sheets, and other sales enablement materials. Maintain and organize the company's library of brand assets, marketing resources and sales collateral. Coordinate social media publishing schedules and monitor engagement across platforms. Research industry trends and identify opportunities for new marketing content. Assist with gathering marketing metrics and preparing KPI reports on campaign performance, website traffic, email engagement, and lead generation. Support internal communications regarding marketing initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Marketing Operations & Partner Support Support the execution of webinars, trade shows, customer events, and partner marketing activities. Assist in reviewing vendor invoices and tracking marketing expenses. Support SEO initiatives through content updates and website optimization. Assist with maintaining marketing databases and CRM records. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using social media platforms in a business setting. Experience using AI tools to support marketing research, content development, editing, campaign execution, and productivity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively across departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce. Experience with website content management systems (WordPress preferred). Basic graphic design experience using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Experience in the Audio Visual, Technology, or IT industries. Event coordination experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
