Requirements
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
✔ Current California RDA license
✔ CPR certification
✔ 1+ years chairside assisting experience
✔ Digital X-ray proficiency (Nomad preferred)
✔ Knowledge of crown/bridge procedures
Job Description
Clinical Excellence:
Provide four-handed dentistry for procedures (crown preps, extractions, dentures, etc.)
Capture digital X-rays (Nomad) and intraoral photos
Take digital impressions for crowns/bridges
Perform coronal polishing and other expanded functions
Maintain strict sterilization protocols
Patient Experience:
Prepare patients for treatment with warmth and professionalism
Deliver clear post-op instructions in English/Spanish
Help anxious patients feel at ease
Operational Support:
Prepare and breakdown operatories efficiently
Manage inventory and supplies
Document treatments accurately
