Work Environment

While most of the work hours are driven by a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, there may be occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns.
• Designing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, case review meetings, and professional development initiatives to continuously enhance therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits
