Work Environment

This full‑time position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining high standards of mental health care. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend sessions to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and best practices.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans that align with individualized client goals and progress.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group therapy modalities, adapting techniques to the functionality and needs of each client.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning sessions with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care for all clients.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in New York state.

Compensation and Benefits
