Oregon Licensed Commercial HVAC / Boiler Journeyman

Required Qualifications:

• Current Oregon LEB (Limited Energy B) License (Required)
• Washington License (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

• Communicate Like a Professional: Customers don't speak HVAC. Explain problems and solutions in plain English. Be honest, respectful, and never oversell something a customer doesn't need.
• Take Pride in Your Work: We expect clean workmanship, attention to detail, and leaving every home cleaner than you found it.
