Payroll Coodinator

Location: Williamsport, MD
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 8 am to 4:30 pm
Pay rate : 22$ per hour
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (temp to hire)

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred.

• Experience: Background in general office administration, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, with specific expertise required in Word and Outlook, alongside working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Manage reception, greet visitors, oversee facility communication systems, maintain office equipment, and handle supply inventory.

• Administrative & Compliance: Maintain training records, documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines; enforce corporate record retention rules.

• Document Management: Review, edit, and update key site documents, including the Employee Handbook and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
