Job Description Greet and escort restaurant guests to their tables based on party size and station assignments. Present menus and describe specials. Circulate through the restaurant to coordinate staff activities, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Greet and escort guests to their tables based on party size and station. Provide menus and inform guests of specials. Coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient service. Assign breaks to bus persons and food servers. Inspect and monitor cleanliness and safety compliance. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to management. Keep records of guests served, employee absences, and equipment or food service issues. Qualifications Preferred six (6) months of experience. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
