Customer Project Manager

About this Role As our first Customer Project Manager in the US, you will own the complete lifecycle of customer engagements — from initial requirements through final delivery and acceptance. You'll be the connective tissue between our customers and our engineering and data teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and in a way that builds long-term customer trust This is a founding role. You will be building process from scratch, not inheriting one What You'll Do Project Lifecycle Ownership Lead end-to-end project management across all US customer engagements. Own delivery from requirements intake through final acceptance, ensuring every project is completed on time and to the agreed quality standa Requirements Translation Deeply understand each customer's core needs and translate them into clear, executable project plans. Bridge the gap between what customers ask for and what our technical teams can build and deliv Cross-functional Coordination Orchestrate internal and external resources across time zones and functions — including customer stakeholders, our engineering and data teams, and any third-party partners. Keep all parties aligned and unblock Customer Communication Establish structured, regular communication cadences with each customer. Proactively surface progress updates, flag risks early, and maintain the level of transparency that builds lasting relationsh Risk Management Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers before they elevate.
