Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction & Planning: Review and approve plans, specifications, and budgets. Secure permits, approvals, and vendor compliance. Lead pre-construction meetings and subcontractor scope reviews. Estimating & Procurement: Perform quantity takeoffs by trade. Track long-lead items and coordinate material deliveries. Identify critical path and mitigate delays. Budget & Project Management: Monitor job costs, forecasts, and change orders. Provide client updates and respond to RFIs. Maintain schedules and key documentation. Project Close-Out: Complete punch list and final walkthroughs. Deliver warranties, as-builts, and close-out documents. Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience (residential preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes. Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed. Work Environment Primarily office-based with site visits required. Benefits 401(k) with profit sharing.
