You will uphold lifeguarding procedures, monitor water quality, and supervise staff in the absence of leadership while delivering courteous service to members. Required are 18+ age, 2+ years lifeguard experience, YMCA/ARC Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR PRO/AED, O2 and CPO certifications, with a preference for prior staff supervision and the ability to pass tests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
