BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Allentown PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager .

As a Nurse Manager youll lead and mentor field nurses while staying connected to pediatric client care. Youll gain valuable management experience and have opportunities to grow your career within BAYADA .

What Youll Do

• Lead inspire and motivate nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Visit pediatric clients in Allentown and surrounding areas and conduct assessments
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• Facilitate new-hire orientation for nurses
• Provide ongoing training education and in-services for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• Help promote quality care strong client relationships and employee engagement

What Were Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2 years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and desire to continue developing as a healthcare leader
