Per Diem NP Pain Management opening in Coos Bay, ORLocated in Coos Bay, OR - Eugene 110m; Portland 220mPer-DiemSeeking Nurse PractitionerOverview: Opportunity to provide addiction medicine and pain management services in an outpatient setting Evaluate and treat new and established patients through office-based EM visits Perform pre- and post-operative evaluations Manage addiction treatment including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), motivational counseling, urine toxicology testing, and coordination with social and wraparound services Provide pain management services including image-guided joint injections, nerve blocks, opioid education, safe prescribing practices, opioid rotations, and opioid substitution therapies Work closely under the direction of an experienced CRNA with addiction and pain board certification Fast-paced clinical environment Expected patient volume approximately 28 patients per day Initial schedule of 3 clinic days per week EMR: Epic New graduates welcome with training available Comp/Benefits: Per-diem position with daily flat rate compensation Flexible opportunity with option to transition into full-time role W2 or 1099 structure available Flexible scheduling options Supportive training environment for new graduates Group/Facility Info: Outpatient pain management and addiction medicine practice Collaborative clinical environment Mentorship and training available from experienced addiction and pain specialists Integrated patient-centered care approach Regional healthcare provider serving Oregon coastal communities About the Area:Coos Bay, Oregon offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and scenic Pacific Northwest landscapes.
