In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience. Position Details Schedule: Monday - Saturday, full-time hours. Location: Float position supporting our clinics, at Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and Ridgewood. Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required. Paid Training (2-4 weeks) Key Responsibilities Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records. Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes. Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions. Support bilingual patient communication when applicable. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role, required. Previous receptionist, front-desk, administrative, or customer service experience, required. Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software, required. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
