Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Williamsburg office location. Hourly: $21/hr Job Duties Scheduling patient appointments Assisting incoming patients Verifying insurance coverage Entering patient demographics into the computer Pulling and filing medical charts Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help. Job Requirements Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Epic experience is a plus. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus Bilingual Spanish a plus Required Rotating Schedule Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm/8:00am-6:00pm/10:00am-7:00pm Tuesday: 7:45am-4:20pm/8:30am-5:00pm/9:30am--5:30pm Wednesday: 7;45am-5:15pm/8:15am-5:00pm/9:00am-5:30pm Thursday: 7:45am-4:00pm/8:00am-4:30pm/9:00am-6:00pm Friday: 7:45am-3:00pm/8:00am-3:00pm/9:00am-6:60pm Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm *Please note: schedule subject to change based on physician schedules.
