Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to turn warm leads into long-term patients? We’re partnering with our client in the Eastside area seeking a Patient Sales Consultant to manage a high-touch sales process from initial inquiry through scheduling and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone with high-value sales experience who is confident discussing pricing, proactive with follow-up, and highly organized in managing a busy client pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

• Connect with warm, high-intent leads by phone and in person, building trust and guiding prospective patients through a consultative sales process
• Follow up on inquiries and outstanding quotes, re-engaging prospective patients and maintaining consistent communication throughout the decision-making process
• Present service options, pricing, packages, and available financing while helping patients make informed purchasing decisions
• Manage the full patient pipeline from initial inquiry and consultation through close, scheduling, and follow-up
• Coordinate appointments and service dates, including scheduling, documentation, and day-of logistics
• Maintain accurate patient records, prepare quotes, manage calendars, and track pipeline activity and conversion results
• Partner with the team to maintain an organized operation and deliver a professional, responsive, high-touch patient experience

• Proven consultative or high-value sales experience in areas such as luxury service sales environment
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills with confidence discussing pricing and proactively following up with warm leads
• Polished professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective patients
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently, maintain strong attention to detail, and manage multiple patients, appointments, and follow-up activities
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced environment while providing a high level of service throughout the patient experience

Location: Greater Seattle/Eastside area

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour

Additional Compensation: Commission/incentive opportunity
