Revenue Cycle Specialist

Supporting the organization's revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage billing, collections, and payment reconciliation processes while collaborating with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Accounting in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage sponsor invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections Perform quality control reviews of clinical research budgets and validate billing triggers and revenue expectations in partnership with Clinical Operations Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of revenue cycle workflows Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare finance, or related fields Experience managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with complex formulas and data analysis Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
