Job Overview A food manufacturing company located in Kent is looking for a full‑time Maintenance Technician. You will be a team player with strong electrical aptitude and a diligent approach to work. The position is first shift (6 am‑2:30 pm) with occasional overtime during peak seasons. Location: Kent, WA. Responsibilities Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure. Facilitate process set‑up and start‑up as needed. Collaborate with other functional departments in scheduling downtime and preventive maintenance repairs. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years' industrial mechanic experience. Technically sound and hands‑on in troubleshooting CNC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and multi‑processing equipment. Experience with preventive maintenance programs. Knowledge of PLCs. Knowledge of electrical standards and applications. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and blueprints. Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented and results‑focused. Knowledge and application of OSHA regulations. Ability to act as a liaison with vendors when necessary. Flexible to work extended or Saturday hours as demands require. Physical Demands Ability to climb and move around machinery. Ability to kneel, stand, or bend and lift 50 + pounds. Ability to work at heights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
