HVAC Service Technician

Service Technician We’re looking for a Service Technician to perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment, including package gas and electric systems, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and related components. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services for HVAC equipment. Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. Document service actions and communicate with team members and customers. Top 3 Goals for Your First Year Commitment to safety and quality – prioritize a safety‑first mentality and craftsmanship. Required Background Track record delivering high‑quality service in the commercial HVAC industry. Expertise utilizing resources to tackle complex repairs. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and required trade licenses. Desired Traits Positive, can‑do attitude. Strong work ethic and adaptability. Initiative and self‑motivation.
