BDC Representative

• Manage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
• Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
• Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
• Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
• Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
• Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strongly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line units
• Must be good with technology (phones, computer, etc.)
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to work independently
• Team player

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space

Compensation details: 60000-150000 Yearly Salary
