Marketing Assistant

Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible) Compensation: Hourly position (based on experience) About Evolytix Evolytix is a data and technology consulting firm that helps organizations unlock the value of their data through business intelligence, analytics, custom software development, AI-powered solutions, and data governance services. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to help expand our brand awareness, generate leads, and support our marketing and business development initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms Research target industries, prospects, and potential marketing opportunities Support lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools Help create marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral Draft and edit email marketing campaigns and outreach messages Assist with website updates and content creation Research industry events, conferences, trade associations, and sponsorship opportunities Track and report on marketing campaign performance Maintain CRM and prospect databases Support webinar, event, and promotional activities Assist with AI-generated content creation while ensuring quality and brand consistency Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Interest in technology, data analytics, AI, and business intelligence Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar tools is a plus Preferred Traits Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Creative thinker who enjoys finding new ways to engage audiences Comfortable learning new technologies and software platforms Strong research and problem-solving abilities What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working with a growing technology and AI company Exposure to B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, and business development Experience with real-world marketing campaigns and lead generation Mentorship from company leadership Opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of Evolytix #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolytix
