The Little Gym of Evans is seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly organized Gymnastics Director to lead our gymnastics programs, develop our team members, and create an exceptional experience for children and families.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage people, schedules, and program growth. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable coaching a preschool gymnastics class, mentoring instructors, resolving parent concerns, and driving operational excellence.

Compensation

• Total Compensation Opportunity: $50,000+ annually

What You'll Do

Program Leadership

• Oversee and manage all gymnastics and developmental programs.
• Ensure classes are engaging, safe, age-appropriate, and aligned with The Little Gym curriculum.
• Create an encouraging environment that helps children build confidence, coordination, and life skills.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop instructors and support staff.
• Build a positive, accountable culture focused on exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct employee scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Lead team meetings and ensure consistent program delivery.

Family & Customer Experience

• Build strong relationships with parents and families.
• Handle concerns professionally and compassionately while maintaining program standards.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for The Little Gym brand.

Operations & Growth

• Manage class schedules, staffing levels, and facility operations.
• Support membership growth, retention, and enrollment goals.
• Track program performance and implement improvements.
• Help drive revenue growth through outstanding service and program quality.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with children of various ages, from toddlers through school-age children.
• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and manage employees effectively.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a dynamic environment.
