What You'll Do: Manage recruitment administration, including entering requisitions and hire authorization forms and maintaining accurate recruitment tracking. Support candidate attraction initiatives, including local advertising, career fairs, and other recruitment activities. Coordinate and support the local interview process, working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders. Assist with pre-employment activities, including follow-ups, salary analyses, and preparation of new hire documentation. Provide support across other HR activities and projects as needed. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate Degree in Business Administration. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources. What Sets You Apart: Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Good ability to work independently and with little direction. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others Excellent ability to handle confidential matters with discretion Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.
