Driver Recruiter

To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote CDL Driver Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various channels Conduct training and orientation programs while ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations Manage driver hours and performance metrics while fostering a positive and safe work environment Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry Previous experience in driver recruitment and safety compliance Expertise in HOS and DOT regulations, with a focus on driver welfare At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about the trucking industry
