Knowledge Management Coordinator Roseland, NJ 75k-85k Law firm seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to join a growing Knowledge and Research Services (KRS) Department. Essential Job Requirements AI Evaluation & Integration: Test and evaluate AI tools and platforms — assessing accuracy, output quality, workflow fit, and risk considerations — and document findings for the KRS team and firm leadership. Support the development and maintenance of AI training materials, prompt libraries, and user guidance for legal technology tools. Assist attorneys and staff in understanding how to apply AI tools effectively and responsibly within their practice workflows. Develop and maintain practice resources including SharePoint-based sites, client-facing portals, and work product libraries. Continuously improve the design and usability of knowledge resources, including suggesting site architecture, navigation, and UX enhancements informed by user feedback. Project Coordination & Operations Develop a working understanding of firm systems — including business intake, matter experience tracking, and document management — to support efficient information retrieval and compliance. Gain exposure to project management and support end-to-end innovative technology initiatives in a law firm setting. Skills, Knowledge And Abilities Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in law, public policy, information science, technology, economics, history, or international relations — as demonstrated through coursework, extracurricular involvement, or prior work experience. Prior experience in a law firm, legal tech, or technology environment is a plus. AI Fluency: You have hands-on experience using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based collaboration tools required. Work with AI Tools at the Frontier: Actively test, evaluate, and help integrate generative AI platforms (such as Harvey, Microsoft Copilot, and others) into legal workflows — contributing real input to the firm's AI strategy. Teach & Enable Others: Coordinate training sessions and guide attorneys and staff on knowledge management tools — becoming a go-to resource for how the firm learns new technology. Develop Foundational Legal Fluency: Work alongside lawyers and business professionals across practice groups. Office Location: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid) Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Amount of Travel Required: Occasional travel to the New York office. The expected salary range for candidates meeting the requirements of this position is $75,000 to $85,000.
