ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Crisp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You will oversee, participate and direct all aspects of sales and service operations at our Greenville, KY location. You will be responsible for growing the Greenville Steve Crisp State Farm location through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customers, Steve Crisp and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and use your knowledge of our insurance products to offer solutions to current and potential customers.
• Strive to obtain company goals and objectives while maintaining the utmost of integrity and highest ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
