The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive employee information. Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing and payroll data entry Review timesheets and payroll records for accuracy Maintain employee and payroll files Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries Perform general administrative and clerical support duties Ensure compliance with company payroll procedures and confidentiality standards Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish 1+ year of payroll, payroll support, bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or administrative experience Strong data entry and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Richmond, TX Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems High-volume payroll or employee records experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Smarter HR Solutions LLC
