For more information, visit As a Full‑Time Physical Therapist, you will provide care to client employees and their adult dependents at our Health Center located in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a premier, white‑glove environment in the heart of the city, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care while creating an exceptional experience for every individual who walks through the door. We are seeking a compassionate and service‑oriented Physical Therapist who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients while supporting their overall wellness and recovery goals. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, offering a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends. What You’ll Do Work in collaboration with other Health Center staff members including doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers to promote health and wellness to onsite employees and their dependents. Practice according to APTA professional standards, recognizing the importance of current physical therapy research, clinical reasoning, and the patient’s values when evaluating, assessing and developing a treatment plan for each unique patient. Practice at the highest skill level by promoting direct access to physical therapy services at the majority of our Health Centers. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication by participating in Health Center meetings, patient care meetings, and through documentation and reporting to onsite and community referral sources. Participate in continuing competence activities including peer review, presentations, and optionally grand rounds. Work closely with client stakeholders such as safety officers, ergonomists, human resources, and other vendors to promote employee safety in the workplace. Effect positive behavior change in the eligible population beyond the clinical setting by: Developing and administering injury prevention and health promotion presentations, workshops and other programming for onsite employees and other eligible populations. Teaching real-time proper body mechanics at employees’ workstations. Assessing and correcting poor ergonomics. Developing and administering specific programs when a need is identified (e.g., Weekend Warrior musculoskeletal screens, Triathlon preparation workshops, Health Back Programs, Stretch and Flex exercise classes). May require other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring All state licenses/certifications to practice. Current board certificate (if applicable). Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School. CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) certification with hands‑on evaluation of skills by the trainer/instructor (state copy must include front and back of card). Courses must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards. At least three years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or other ambulatory care clinic. Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually.
