Native Sun está contratando Operadores de Equipo y Trabajadores de Construcción con experiencia para apoyar a cuadrillas de utilidades húmedas que instalan y reparan líneas subterráneas de agua, alcantarillado y drenaje pluvial en proyectos de obra pesada en Fort Carson. Buscamos personas con experiencia en utilidades subterráneas que puedan operar equipo y también entrarle al trabajo en tierra. Ofrecemos trabajo estable y oportunidad de crecer a posiciones de líder o capataz.
Ubicación: Fort Carson, ColoradoPago inicial: $22–$32 por hora, según experiencia, habilidades y nivel operando equipo.

Responsabilidades:
Instalar y apoyar en utilidades húmedas (agua, drenaje, alcantarillado) siguiendo línea y nivel.
Trabajo de zanja, colocación de tubería, instalación de estructuras, relleno y compactación con la cuadrilla.
Operar equipo pesado de forma segura (excavadora, minicargador/skid steer, cargador) para apoyar la instalación y el relleno.
Revisar el equipo diariamente, hacer mantenimiento básico y seguir procedimientos seguros de arranque y apagado.
Trabajar de forma segura alrededor de maquinaria pesada y dentro o cerca de zanjas en cualquier clima.
Usar herramienta manual, equipo pequeño y herramientas de nivelación (láser/nivel).
Seguir instrucciones del capataz o superintendente, comunicarse bien con la cuadrilla y mantener el trabajo avanzando.
Lo que buscamos:
- Experiencia real trabajando con equipo pesado; se requiere saber operar excavadora, skid steer o cargador.
- Que puedas alternar entre operar equipo y trabajar como ayudante según se necesite.
- Capacidad para trabajar todo el día afuera, levantar más de 50 libras y seguir reglas de seguridad en zanjas.
- Experiencia en bases militares es un plus; debes poder pasar verificación de antecedentes y cumplir con los requisitos de acceso a Fort Carson.
- Responsable, con ganas de trabajar, buen compañero de equipo y dispuesto a horas extra y algunos fines de semana.
