Office Services Specialist

Office Services Specialist Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite) Duration: 5 Months Contract (Temp to perm) Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Overview This role is responsible for supporting print, copy, mail, shipping, receiving, and document management operations while ensuring daily work is completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment. Perform copying, binding, finishing, quality control, and final document checks. Sort incoming coupons and distribute weekly sales and marketing materials. Manage emails, monitor incoming work, and follow up on daily work goals. Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, shipments, and received materials. Maintain copier equipment, clear paper jams, restock supplies, and report service issues. Open, save, transfer, and retrieve electronic files using Microsoft Office, email, and document management systems. Deliver completed jobs to designated locations and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain service logs, supply inventories, billing records, and meter readings. Assist with filing, archiving, shipping, receiving, meeting room setup, and general office support. Operate bindery equipment, shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, postage meters, and related office equipment. Support coworkers, adapt to changing priorities, and perform other assigned duties. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 12 years of experience in print services, copy center, mailroom, office support, or a related field. Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, or document imaging equipment is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic PC applications. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, filing, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work overtime or modified schedules when needed. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, reach, bend, push mail racks, stack pallets, assemble shipping boxes, and lift at least 25 lbs. (up to 5055 lbs. as required).
