Location Hampton, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary Care Position Highlights Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin) Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours Average of 18–20 patients per day Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired No call expectation Minimum Requirements Active NP or PA Minimum master’s degree required Prior experience in primary care as a licensed provider preferred, but will consider an exceptional new grad Benefits Comprehensive Benefits & Retirement Package Up to $14,400 Annual Quality Performance Incentive
