Position : Family Nurse Practitioner
Location : Manhattan, New York

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver family medicine care, managing a caseload of 16-20 patients daily.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Engage in thorough patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize Spanish language skills to enhance patient communication, if applicable.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
Qualifications :
- Active Nurse Practitioner license and New York state licensure.
- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
