Description: PRN "Admit-to-Discharge" Therapist Independent Living Community | Outpatient & Home Care $55.00/hour | Ultimate Schedule Flexibility Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Occupational and Physical Therapist to join our unique Admit-to-Discharge model. Unlike a traditional PRN role, you'll manage a caseload that fits your availability and follow your patients from their initial evaluation through discharge. This continuity of care allows you to see your patients' progress, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact throughout their recovery.
