Clinical Director (BCBA)

Leadership Role in Aurora, CO

Lead a collaborative ABA team while maintaining a small clinical caseload in Aurora, CO. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, mentorship, and operational partnership with a clear path for career advancement.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000= Total compensation targeting $120K+

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation
• Review and approve treatment plans before payer submission
• Maintain a small client caseload
• Drive clinical quality, outcomes, and operational performance
• Support family engagement, client transitions, and discharge planning
• Partner with intake and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (minimum 1 year)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising clinical teams and treatment programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
