This is your chance to work at the intersection of sophisticated tax strategy and market-shaping transactions with a firm known for its depth, precision, and client roster. What You'll Do:
- Advise on high-stakes private equity M&A, joint ventures, and fund restructurings.
- Work alongside leaders in transactional tax planning and investment structuring.
- Dive into complex financings and strategic alliance transactions with blue-chip clients.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactional work at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong interest in developing or continuing a practice in corporate tax.
- A JD from a top U.S. or Canadian law school and a sharp analytical mind.
- Experience in tax law is a significant plus, but not a must-curiosity and drive are key.
