Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to assigned patients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; Altera (charting system) experience is preferred
• Complete required onboarding modules during orientation (approximately 6–8 hours, non-billable)
• Adhere to facility compliance requirements, including mandatory drug screening upon arrival

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy, specifically in an outpatient setting
• Outpatient (OP) experience is required
• Must be available to complete required lab/health items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
• Previous permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
• Experience with Altera charting system preferred
