Polish-Speaking Entry-Level Admin Assistant

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a busy insurance agency and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a high-paced, customer-facing position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be one of the first faces our customers see and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client who walks through the door or calls the office. Polish-speaking preferred for the nature of this role. Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Hourly Base Salary Based On Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers throughout the day Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed Polish-speaking preferred Previous insurance or office experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member Assist customers with general questions and requests Schedule appointments and help manage the agency calendar Enter and update customer information accurately in agency systems Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain organized files Assist insurance agents with administrative and customer service tasks Follow up with customers and help ensure requests are handled promptly Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person Help keep the office organized and running efficiently Support the team with additional administrative projects as needed Phone* This phone number may be used by the hiring team to keep you informed about the application process.
