Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall physical function.
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
Educate patients and their families on treatment regimens and prevention strategies.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
