Host Hosts are gracious, hospitable, confident, and excited to welcome our guests to the party. They act as the ultimate brand ambassador, explaining the unique service style, maintaining the tone of voice, words, and body language, recognizing regulars and first‑time guests, controlling the flow in the dining room, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. They are the first and lasting impression upon our guests and set the tone for their experience.
