We're seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at SONIC Drive-In. In this role, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead the team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure guests receive quality food and service in a clean, safe setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, train, and coach Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
2. Direct shifts to ensure operational standards are consistently met
3. Enforce company policies and procedures
4. Open and close the drive-in as required
5. Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling
6. Manage inventory and help control food costs
7. Complete weekly inventory counts and required documentation
8. Support administrative duties and reporting
9. Promote a strong customer service culture
10. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
