CNC Machinist (Night Shift)


A well-established manufacturer is seeking a CNC Machinist (Night Shift) to join their team. This company offers a strong work environment, competitive pay, and long-term growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and part specifications
• Perform offsets, basic program edits, and tooling adjustments
• Complete first article and in-process inspections
• Utilize precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support quality improvements
• Perform fixture setups, part changeovers, and basic machine maintenance
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong setup and operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds & speeds, and various materials
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• CAD/CAM or multi-axis machining experience is a plus
