TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – North Carolina

Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15), 36 or 48 hours per week available; every other weekend required

Highlights:

• High-volume Labor & Delivery unit with 400+ births per month and 21 beds
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio with comprehensive care including labor inductions, multiple drips, preterm deliveries, and multiple gestations
• Epic charting system with Pyxis medication management
• 13-week contract with floating within Women's Services as needed
• Must be able to circulate and recover cesarean sections in 3 OR suites
• Scrubs provided; orientation includes Epic training, unit orientation, and OR training

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Experience with at least 400 births per month facility required
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts, labor inductions, IUFDs, multiple drips (Pitocin, magnesium, insulin), epidurals, preterm deliveries, preeclampsia management, and postpartum hemorrhage protocols
• Must be able to circulate in OR and recover C-sections (required)
• North Carolina RN license or multistate Compact license
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• First-time travelers accepted; local candidates welcome
