Office Manager

You'll help shape how people experience and how effectively they can do their work. You'll think beyond the immediate task at hand by spotting ways to improve the workplace, making collaboration easier, and supporting the team as we grow. You'll also be one of the first faces people meet, setting a welcoming and professional tone for employees, candidates, and visitors. Responsibilities:

• Partner cross-functionally with IT and People Ops on onboarding to ensure devices, desks, and first-day logistics are ready to go
• Keep the office stocked with grocery orders, Monday breakfasts, weekly lunch and dinner coordination, and supply restocking
• Partner with Facilities to set up and maintain the office environment, managing furniture, desks, AV equipment, and security systems
• Manage mailing and logistics needs, including Amazon returns and courier scheduling
• Plan and execute company events end-to-end, owning logistics, vendors, and follow-through
• Be the face of the office - greet guests and new hires, assist with last-minute tours, and resolve office needs as they come up

Required experience

• Event support experience (office parties, team off-sites, small gatherings).
• Vendor management or negotiation experience. xhyhwjd
• Strong written communication skills for clear, professional correspondence.
• Experience as an office coordinator, office manager, or similar role
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing office infrastructure - AV, hardware, security systems, and contractor coordination
• Comfortable managing facilities vendors
