About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Campaign Planning & Operations to join their dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of holistic marketing campaigns, serving as a critical cross-functional bridge, and owning the end-to-end marketing campaign operating model. This role demands a strategic, highly collaborative, and dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing complex, high-profile campaigns and driving operational transformation within a marketing organization. The VP will be accountable for campaign orchestration, integration, and delivery excellence, as well as team leadership, resource planning, and the establishment of operational standards and AI-driven efficiency tools. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience within major media, entertainment, streaming, or digital consumer brands. The role requires an operational modernizer with a passion for organizational design and internal efficiency, an AI and tech-forward mindset, and the ability to influence and champion change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing investment, budget management, and ROI measurement, and be adept at operating within a global, matrixed organization. Key skills include diplomacy, influence, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational rigor. The VP will be expected to lead a team, manage resources, and ensure the marketing campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes with executional excellence and rigor.
