The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, manage a team of accountants and clerks, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings while ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable laws and regulations. Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies. Financial, operational, and statistical reporting in OneStream. Developing and enhancing data analysis/reporting capabilities. CapEx planning and budgeting. Assist with the month-end review of journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with operating budget and analysis. Validate division-wide compliance with implemented policies and procedures and develop/enhance accounting policies and procedures. Facilitate coordination with internal and external auditors. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant in active status (or working towards certification). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Internal or external audit experience preferred. Relevant core competencies required: time management, highly organized, project management and multi-tasking, applying effective analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with excellent people skills. Experience with ERP systems. Advanced knowledge of OneStream, Dynamics 365, and Jet Reports preferred. Dedication to details and ensuring accuracy of all work products. Exceptional and proven verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of management.
