Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor and assess patients transitioning from critical care to med-surg status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based care
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and respond to patient needs
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
• Support patient education and discharge preparation
